NUCLEAR HAMMER

The cult was formed in the summer of the diabolical holocaust 2005 by Axaazaroth on drums/vokills and Decimator on guitars and backing vokills. Inspired by bands like Sacramentary Abolishment, Bestial Warlust, Katharsis(Ger), Lust, Revenge, Conqueror, Archgoat, Beherit, Blasphemy, Nuclear Death, Von, Profanatica, diSEMBOWELMENT, Incantation and other such unconventional sounds for the most part aswell as a lot of dark and deep personal hatred and rage towards the ways of the world.

In 2006 we recorded a few rehearsals later put on one cassette tape titled "Nuclear Rehearsals" also the three demos; "Tyrants of Cruelty" CDr, "Immortalized Hatred" tape, than in 2007 the "Serpents Malignancy 3-Way Split Demonstration" with Antediluvian(Can) and Light Am I, the "Existence of Abhorrance" EP CDr, and some really obscure reh/demo material only available from the band. All of the mentioned releases were very limited and put out by either SHR Records or the band and later sold on the bands own DIY label/distro called Poison Mist Propaganda.

Around the time of the "Existence..." release, we decided to hand over all deathaxe assault duties to Doomhammer, making Decimator full-time bassist. After that, we played many live rituals as a 3-piece, including opening up for Inquisition and Operation Winter Mist in our city.

In 2008 we began writing and recording the full-length album titled "Obliteration Ritual", aswell as re-recording new versions of old songs from the second demo and last EP to put on the album. This was Doomhammer's first time participating on a recording with NH, doing mostly all the guitar work, some backing vokills aswell as taking care of the overall production and recording itself.

Shortly after the recording of the album Decimator decided to leave the band while at the same time we got an offer from Abyssious (ex-Dead of Winter(CAN) drummer) to fill the basstial void. So this is now the new line-up for 2009.

After many complications with labels over the years since 2007, Morbid Moon Records agreed to unleash the Obliteration Ritual upon the world so expect more bloodshed on the way!!!.
